We provide several ways to receive legal advice on different consumer matters. Guidance concerning housing and patients’ rights is available for all consumers. Guidance concerning other consumer matters (such as problems with a product or a service, housing, agreements, and liabilities) is available as a membership benefit.

Advice concerning consumer matters (for members only)

We offer legal assistance on consumer matters for our members in English. Request a phone call by contacting us via email at info@kuluttajaliitto.fi or by phone at 09 454 2210* (open Mon to Thu from 10 AM to 11 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM). Please include your membership information.

Advice concerning housing issues (available for everyone)

Please call 09 454 22 160*. Open on Tuesdays from 12 PM to 1 PM and on Thursdays from 5 PM to 6 PM.

We provide advice:

  • about renting an apartment to both tenant and landlord 
  • in relation to the relationship between the housing company and the shareholder to the shareholders 
  • about right of occupancy and part-ownership housing to the resident 
  • real estate transaction and housing sale.

*) Calling and queuing are charged at domestic rates. The charge is determined on the basis of your phone plan. The calls are usually included in call packages.
