We provide several ways to receive legal advice on different consumer matters. Guidance concerning housing and patients’ rights is available for all consumers. Guidance concerning other consumer matters (such as problems with a product or a service, housing, agreements, and liabilities) is available as a membership benefit. Unfortunately, we cannot, for example, act as agents, prepare legal documents, represent anyone in court, or contact the company about an individual dispute situation.
