We provide several ways to receive legal assistance on different consumer matters. Guidance concerning housing and patients’ rights is available for all consumers. Guidance concerning other consumer matters (such as problems with a product or a service, housing, agreements, and liabilities) is available as a membership benefit.
We offer the following services in English:

- Assistance concerning housing issues (available for everyone): send your question by email or request a phone call: firstname.lastname@example.org OR chat with a lawyer on our website (from Tue to Thu 2 PM to 4 PM). NB! Assistance concerning housing issues is closed from July 1st to 16th.
- Assistance concerning patients’ rights: please call 09-454 22150*, open on Mondays from 9 AM to 11 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM. NB! Assistance concerning patients’ rights is closed from June 29th to July 16th.
